- You must comply with all applicable employment laws (local, national, and international as relevant) in posting jobs.
- You must not use the Site to post fraudulent or discriminatory job ads.
4. User Content & Intellectual Property
- User-Generated Content
- When you upload, post, or otherwise contribute content to the Site (“User Content”), you grant STI Jobs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, and display that content as necessary to provide the Services.
- You retain ownership of your User Content, but you also represent and warrant that you have all rights required to upload and share it.
- Copyright & Intellectual Property
- All content on the Site (other than User Content) — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is our property or our licensors’ property and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our content without our prior written permission.
5. Payment & Refunds (If Applicable)
If STI Jobs offers any paid services (e.g., premium job listings, featured job posts, subscriptions), the following apply:
- Payments must be made using the methods we support.
- Fees are non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise.

- Use of the Site does not guarantee that you will obtain a job.
- We do not verify or endorse all job listings; you should perform your own due diligence on prospective employers and job opportunities.
- As-Is Service
- The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and merchantability.
- Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, STI Jobs (and our officers, employees, and agents) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
- Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (if any).
